Lemon Tote

i’m on a roll with finishing in-progress projects that have been on hold.  this time, a little tote bag with a part of this leftover citrus print fabric that i once used for a snap frame clutch.  for a bit of fun, i embroidered a lemon slice that, when overlapped with the print, looks almost as if it is part of the fabric.  the resulting tote has a fresh, summery look that will be perfect for the season ahead.

since i had a limited amount of fabric, the tote is on the small side.  but it’s a great size for taking on local errands, afternoon walks or a trip to the café.
