Autumn Reading

a book i picked up at the last library book recycle.  i didn’t expect much from it, but when i started reading, i could hardly put it down.  in short, it’s a collection of short essays recalling the 60-year old author’s childhood days.  despite the generation difference, the views and habits of children remain much unchanged– i find myself smiling as bits and pieces of my own childhood float back to me as i read along.  it’s a fun book, but sadly, it’s only available in Japanese.
